He was the primary developer of EIA’s short-term production cost model for analyzing the dispatch patterns of electricity generators and the operation of power markets. His presentation for this WPUI Member-only Opportunity will highlight key findings and trends in EIA’s most recent Short-term Energy Outlook report.
