State and federal grants are shaped continuously by executive actions, policy shifts, and evolving oversight priorities. This session will provide an update on the current status of major programs, highlight how recent policy and administrative changes are influencing grant-making, and offer a perspective on potential near-term shifts in funding priorities. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of where grants stand today and what changes utilities might anticipate in the coming year.
