- In-Person attendance may include breaks and lunch, networking receptions, electronic access to daily web conference credentials, access to relevant program materials, professional education credit confirmed by a Continuing Education Certificate, and optional in-person tours.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- WPUI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs, substitute speakers, or make other changes to program agendas or program formats at any time at its discretion. WPUI recommends that you periodically check this website to learn whether any changes have been made.

- WPUI is not responsible for travel arrangements made for or related expenses incurred by WPUI program participants.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
- In general, the process below is followed:
- Registration for WPUI programs is completed by accessing the registration portal linked on each program’s web page.
- Program registrations and fees are handled by the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Continuing Education Registration Center or CERC.
- Registration fees are collected at the time of registration unless approval has been given by WPUI for invoicing.
- Upon completion of the registration process, the registrant will be emailed a confirmation by CERC. If a confirmation email is not received within a reasonable time or if a duplicate is needed, please email wpuioffice@wpui.wisc.edu or call 608-265-0483.
- Inquiries regarding invoicing may begin by emailing wpuioffice@wpui.wisc.edu or by calling 608-265-0483, regardless of whether this is the first or a subsequent invoicing request by a given organization.
- At its discretion, WPUI may use alternate registration processes.
REGISTRATION SUBSTITUTIONS, CANCELLATIONS, and NO-SHOWS

- Substitutions:
- Substitution requests may be emailed to wpuioffice@wpui.wisc.edu or may be completed by calling 608-265-0483.
- Substitutions may occur only within an organization.
- There is no fee for registration substitutions made before the substitution end-date.
- See specific program web pages for substitution details.
- If a current registrant is unable to secure a substitute from within their organization before to the substitution end-date specified on that program’s web page, the current registrant’s registration status will not change, and no refund will be given.
- Cancellations:
- See program web pages for each program’s cancellation deadlines and associated refund amounts.
- No-Shows:
- Registrants who do not attend the program for which they registered or who do not secure a substitute from within their organization following the process outlined above will not receive a refund.
