The major auto makers have stated commitments to bring Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs) to market by 2010. This program will discuss the current state of PHEVs, what impacts mass market deployment will have on the electric industry as well as strategies to prepare the industry and Wisconsin for PHEVs
